Customer Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZoomPay mobile application (the "App") and related services provided by G and W Telecom, LLC ("G and W Telecom," "we," "our," or "us"). ZoomPay is a financial technology solution developed, owned, and operated by G and W Telecom. By accessing or using ZoomPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. About G and W Telecom ZoomPay is a proprietary platform developed by G and W Telecom, LLC, a technology and telecommunications company based in the United States. All features, services, intellectual property, and infrastructure associated with ZoomPay are owned and managed by G and W Telecom.
2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ZoomPay. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the App with the supervision and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer or share your account with any third party.
4. Services Provided ZoomPay enables users to send and receive payments securely using debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, and other digital methods. G and W Telecom may, from time to time, add or remove features based on evolving technology or regulatory requirements.
5. Data Privacy Your use of ZoomPay is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. G and W Telecom collects, uses, and protects your data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using ZoomPay, you consent to our data practices.
6. Communications By using ZoomPay, you consent to receive communications from G and W Telecom electronically, including account-related updates, legal notices, promotional messages, and service alerts. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
7. Intellectual Property All content within ZoomPay, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, interfaces, and documentation, is the property of G and W Telecom or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
8. Acceptable Use You agree not to:
*Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
*Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
*Transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code
*Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
9. Third-Party Services ZoomPay may contain links or integrate services from third parties. G and W Telecom is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services.
10. Termination G and W Telecom may suspend or terminate your access to ZoomPay at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, G and W Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of ZoomPay.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties ZoomPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. G and W Telecom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G and W Telecom, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of ZoomPay or violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration All disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will occur in the State of Tennessee unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with G and W Telecom on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class or collective action.
15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tennessee for enforcement of arbitration awards or injunctive relief.
16. Changes to Terms G and W Telecom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZoomPay after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Cancellation Policy for G and W Telecom, LLC
1. App Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
Free Plan Users: No cancellation is necessary. Users may stop using the app at any time.
2. Invoice Transactions
Once an invoice is sent or paid through the platform, it cannot be canceled via the app interface.
Users who wish to reverse or dispute a payment must contact the recipient directly and/or use our dispute resolution service, if applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including cases of partial use or inactivity.
Transaction fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
4. Account Deactivation

5. Service Termination
G & W Telecom LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent invoicing activity. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
